Senior Associate Pastor
He will be accountable to the Senior Pastor with his first priority being the general pastoral duties such as counseling and visitation. We believe it also important for him to be a gifted and able preacher – capable of filling the pulpit as needed in the absence of Pastor Barnett.
Depending upon the particular gifts and experiences of the man we perceive to be God’s provision, we expect that he will also provide leadership and support to some of our other ministries as well. He needs to exhibit a life and character consistent with those described in 1 Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:5-9. Obviously, we also want a man with a philosophy of ministry and style of leadership that fits well, complements and completes the present leadership team.
How can you help? First and foremost, please support the search activities by praying with us for God’s clear direction as we begin the work. Secondly, help us maintain an effective ministry of pastoral care to all who call Calvary Bible Church their church home by ministering to one another in a manner consistent with what is described in Colossians 3:16 and Galatians 6:2.

High School Youth Pastor
The High School Youth Pastor will give leadership and administration to the high school student ministries at Calvary. He will work with the Youth Ministry Leadership Team to set the overall direction and philosophy of this ministry and will be responsible to carry out the day to day operations in a manner consistent with this direction and ministry. He will have a God-given passion and ability to work with and lead high school students and will serve as a support to parents in their role as the primary spiritual leaders in their student’s lives.
