Women's Missionary Reception – Come meet the Fruitful Planters!
Thursday, August 28th, we will have a missionary reception for Sharon Chapko and Rhonda Wiest. Sharon is a church planter in Ireland, and Rhonda and her husband do church planting in the Middle East. We will be hearing each woman share about their experiences as we also seek to encourage them to continue in their "fruitful planting". Our evening together will begin at 6:45 p.m. at the Calvary Drake Campus in the BLOC (high school room upstairs).
Our theme verses for the evening are Isaiah 55:10-11 – “As the rain and snow come down from heaven, and do not return to it without watering the earth and making it bud and flourish, so that it yields seed for the sower and bread for the eater, so is my word that goes out from my mouth: It will not return to me empty, but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it.” Hope you can join us for this special evening!
